Hello, My name is Charlie Piper. I have been with Miracle Ford for ten years now. I have lived in Sumner Co. for 37 years as well. I pride myself on excellent customer service to each and every person that I come in contact with. I also take the time to share the knowledge that I have learned about the vehicle's that I sell as well. I know the car buying experience is not always the best one. I make the entire buying experience fun and exciting one. From the beginning when I shake your hand, until I hand you the keys at the very end. I keep each one of my customers knowing what is going on every step of the way and take my time with a no pressure approach. Miracle Ford is one of the best car dealerships around. I can not say enough about the individuals I have worked with at this dealership - they are all professional, courteous and helpful. They all make me feel like I am a top priority and have gone above and b with at this dealership - they are all professional, courteous and helpful. I’ve been buyer cars for many years and never had such a wonderful experience. The guys at Miracle Ford in Gallatin made the whole thing easy and fun. They listened to what I was looming for my price range and was able to find something that was way under my price range and had even more options and low milage.
