This time I am willingly writing this review to share my honest experience with Mr. Charlie Pham and his team, Mr. Godwin Ibe, Mr. Sam Damani, and Mr. Cruz. In addition based on my experience with Mr. Charlie Pham, he is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, charming, and engaging in the dealership and we had a pleasant experience leasing our new car form him and his team. The car that we were looking for, was difficult to find in that period of time, but Mr. Charlie and his team helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. We did not feel like they are pushing us to buy or lease a car that we don’t like. They were honest and straight forward with us. When I was there to sign the contract with Mazda dealership, I heard that Mr. Charlie Pham got promotion on his new job position. I as a customer believe that he truly and surely deserves his promotion.
