I purchased TWO vehicles from Daytona Hyundai in the past 10 years, the last one just weeks ago, and this sale by far was the most customer service oriented and detailed I’ve ever encountered in my 10 new cars buying history! xxxxxxto Dani on her diligence on follow up, sincerely listening to my wants and needs, and to ALL of Daytona Hyundai for their efforts. I purchased a car that none of us were aware had a bit of body damage (as it was in detail throughout the sale), guess who had all body work completed, to near perfection, to satisfy their customer?!? Out of town (3 hour drive) potential customer who attempted to make a deal for a used Genesis GV70 for my Supra. They quoted me a price for the difference between the 2 vehicles. Called the next day attempted to make a deal for a used Genesis GV70 for my Supra. They quoted me a price for the difference between the 2 vehicles. Called the next day to approve the offer. Could not get the salesman or manager on the phone or to return my calls. On day 3 of attempting to have them return my calls finally received a call from the manager informing me they could not honor the price they originally quoted me. The best price they could do was $1200 more than what they quoted me - no explanation why. They knew I am military and from out of town - be VERY careful dealing with these people. On a good note was able to purchase the same make/model vehicle new - not used as Daytona Hyundai was offering for less money from another Hyundai dealership. Caveat Emptor! More

Minimum time spent on paperwork, vehicle ready for test drive. she set up all the "bells and whistles" for me that saved me hours of reading the manuals. this is the 3rd Hyundai from this dealership which attests to their professionalism and integrity. Regina was so personable it was my great fortune to have her as my facilitator. An example of her dedication in satisfying me as a customer, is that she came in on her day off to work with us and purchasing this new vehicle. Also, Charlie McHale greeted me as a personal friend not just a customer. He also wished me a Happy Birthday, which I recently celebrated. He researched who was coming in which was a plus in making us feel welcome. My finance manager, Alex Muniz also deserves a kudo for his no nonsense preparation of our paperwork. All-in-all a very pleasant experience in purchasing an outstanding product. I highly recommend this dealership to my friends. Well done Daytona Hyundai for a complete team effort!! More
