Very disappointed with dealer . I drove over 1 hour to dealership . Before I came to dealer I called to see if car was there. They said it was on lot and if I wanted to put a 500 do I drove over 1 hour to dealership . Before I came to dealer I called to see if car was there. They said it was on lot and if I wanted to put a 500 dollar deposit to hold car . I said that I was coming over to see car I got at the dealership and asked for Venessa a gentleman asked who I was looking for I told him he said he was manager of internet sales and would get Vanessa and ask us to wait inside . He then asked what car we were looking for we told him he found on internet. He then asked what said he woul go get car safer waiting over 20 minutes he came back and said he was sorry but someone was taking the car for a test drive. If he was the manager you would think that he would that someone was looking at car . Also he never did so us Vanessa that ask that we asked for her when we got there. . I was very disappointed as we lost a lot of time and gas to arrive there at 2:30 as we told Vanessa we will . This is the oldest scam in the books put a car on the internet for sale at a little lower then the average selling price , when you go to look at car they tell you it’s sold and try to sell you another car More

Saw a car on website. .went to look at it...was told car wasn't even there...they didn't sell it...but was told if the stock number starts with PH then it's not at that dea .went to look at it...was told car wasn't even there...they didn't sell it...but was told if the stock number starts with PH then it's not at that dealership..how am i supposedto know that??? .probably shouldn't have it on the website if it's not available to buy...
