We came in to look at one particular car that we spied on the Ferman website. Charlie took the time to review their entire inventory to see if there was anything that met our requirements better. We ended up with a great deal on the original car, received a fair price for our trade and, best of all, didn't have to put up with any pushy sales games from anybody there.
