I live in Rockland County, NY, and I have been leasing and buying cars at Bical Auto Mall since Rockland County Chevrolet & Buick closed. I have bought and leased at least 18 vehicles using only Charles and buying cars at Bical Auto Mall since Rockland County Chevrolet & Buick closed. I have bought and leased at least 18 vehicles using only Charles Albanese as my salesman. He is honest and fair and always has the best price. He has often delivered the new vehicle right to my home. Can't say enough about what a great guy he is. No dealership around me has been able to match his prices. He is always willing to help and explain everything regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. Charlie Albanese is the man, I love this guy. His professional manner, no nonsense way of doing business and care not to waste my time is unparalleled. We moved to CT 3 years ago and when we did I went right back to Bical for my second truck, Charlie just placed me in my third truck one week ago, he knew exactly what I wanted and waited until they had it, most importantly he did not try to force me into anything else, he just made it happen, this man is the definition of a class act .
