Charles was great and devoted a lot of time and attention to the sale. After my first visit without purchasing a car he followed up with car that may be of interest and created a detailed video so I could se to the sale. After my first visit without purchasing a car he followed up with car that may be of interest and created a detailed video so I could see it prior to coming in. He was always quick to respond and address concerns. Unfortunately his supervisor was more problematic but this is not a reflection of him. Would recommend working with him if in need of a car. More

Charles was wonderful! He gave me plenty of options and explained everything as we went along. He listened to me. Overall it was a great experience- just expect to spend most of the day there unless you know exactly what you want and your car choice is already certified. More
