Purchasing a car is often exciting and complex, especially when you’re trying to find your perfect car that fits the budget. I recently had the pleasure of navigating this complex process at the Paragon Honda dealership. I’m eager to share my experience, hoping that it may illuminate the sort of service and expertise potential car buyers should look out for. From the moment I entered the dealership, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member I interacted with contributed to an environment that was friendly and above all, comfortable. This level of customer service went a long way in easing the tensions that typically come with large purchases. However, the true highlight of my visit came in the form of the salesman who assisted me, Charles. Charles was knowledgeable about Honda’s range of models and he demonstrated a remarkable level of patience as he navigated me through the specs, features, and pricing. His expertise was appreciated, as he answered all my questions in detail. Because of Charle’s expansive knowledge, his unrushed demeanor, and his over all professionalism I have already sent my daughter to purchase her own vehicle with him. This dealership and it’s staff has set the standard for excellence. It’s a comfort to know that such places still exist, where you aren’t just another sale, but a valued guest on their lot.
