My time is a prized commodity and how I choose to spend it should be up to me. I generally choose to dismiss surveys that include mandated responses; however, in this case I did want to give a shout-out to Carlos, and the rest of the crew at Toyota Direct, for providing a smooth and comfortable buying experience. The salesperson was friendly and answered all questions. I can’t really say anything about the dealership as I had very little contact with anyone other than the salesperson. I will say I went to every Toyota dealership in Columbus and several outside of Columbus. Toyota Direct had the best stock of cars available. I would have purchased from Tansky on Sawmill Road, however, the car I wanted would not be available until early November. I love the car I purchased! More
