Too long a wait My husband took my Venza in late morning on a Friday to have a tire repair made(nail removed). They told him it would be 1.5 hour wait. 3+ hours later My husband took my Venza in late morning on a Friday to have a tire repair made(nail removed). They told him it would be 1.5 hour wait. 3+ hours later he finally left. For a tire repair! I understand that it was by the time he arrived early midday, but 3 hours plus is unacceptable! Double the time he was told and far longer than it should have taken. There was a nail, you take the tire off , remove the nail repair the tire and put it back on. There should be an alternative between the quick lube center and regular service center to take care of smaller problems such as this. I don’t understand why quick lube service couldn’t take care of it. They rotate and service tires for other things. I have noticed that since you moved into the larger building things take longer and customer service is down. Several times I have paid for the quick service only to be told as I am about to leave that ‘oh, by the way, this other thing needs attention. Once, I was told that, literally, as I was about to walk to my car. As I am leaving is NOT the time to tell me. More
