If you are trying to purchase from out of state, ask questions first. Also, if you choose to get your own financing, be prepared for the dealer to try and better their offer. The sale would have been much smoother if the dealer had just been honest with interest rates from the get go. Especially for someone with an exemplary credit history. Don’t try to give me a better offer when I’ve already negotiated with my lender. If you want my business, treat me right and give me the best deal. Charles Stevens was very unprofessional and should refrain from singing while speaking with customers concerning their financing. He totally lost the deal for me. Remember honesty and integrity go a long way and that’s how you get positive five star referrals. More

I had actually purchased a vehicle from another dealership at a much higher interest rate, and after two weeks of having the vehicle the finance company kicked back my application and could only get me HIGHER interest rates than what was originally agreed upon. I took a chance and came here.Saif from internet sales had actually been in touch with me the day I was at this other dealership-long story short: I SHOULD HAVE CAME HERE TO BEGIN WITH! Saif and Fred got me exactly what I wanted and an offer that I couldn’t refuse. They worked with me in every which way they could! I didn't find that out until the contract was in front of me after almost 5 hours of sitting and waiting. They also added $1800 to the price for window tint which was NEVER installed on my car. I have contacted them numerous times but nothing has been done. Plenty of other Toyota dealers in Jacksonville. Stay away from this one!!! Dejan "DJ" Judahovic was the finance rep where all the paperwork was signed. He just throws paperwork in front of you and never explains what it is. All he said to me was "D.O.T.". His sole purpose is to SELL you an extended warranty. He don't make anything unless he sells you one. I can't tell you how many time I had to tell this guy 'NO". He ended up adding one anyway. More

Did not send the Cancellation Form to my lender. Back in April 2016, I bought a certified pre-owned Toyota Prius from Alrington Toyota. I also bought gap, car care, and road hazard. The very next day Back in April 2016, I bought a certified pre-owned Toyota Prius from Alrington Toyota. I also bought gap, car care, and road hazard. The very next day, I went in and asked to cancel car care ($1299) and road hazard ($337). They were very nice and had me sign a cancellation form that they would send to my lender (Southeast Toyota Finance) to be taken care of by them. I call my lender and they assured me that Arlington Toyota should be sending them the cancellation form and that the refund would be applied at the end of my loan. Fast forward to December 2018 and I'm rear-ended and my Prius is totaled out. I go through the insurance process and when I contact my lender, they tell me that Arlington Toyota never sent them anything about a cancellation of those two services (car care for $1299 and road hazard for $337). So I contact Arlington Toyota (over the phone since I live 3 hours away from them), and they at first tell me that a manager will give me a call back. Nothing. Then I call again and they give me an email to send a copy of my cancellation form so they can take care of it. Nothing. Call again, they tell me again that a manager will be in contact with me. Nothing. These guys sold me a car and once they were done profiting from me, they were effectively done with me. They've screwed me over by not scanning/emailing/faxing this one-pager to the lender like they were supposed to do and now they don't to fix their mistake. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYBODY. They LIED to me saying that would send my cancellation form. They LIED again when they said they would call me back. Now they're avoiding me and the responsibility they have to send this for to my lender. THEY have to be the ones to send it. I doubt anybody in their right mind would be okay being out $1636 on something they effectively returned and thus never used. And all they have to do and say is : "Yes, Miss Serrano, we got your email with the form and we have sent it to your lender. Here is confirmation from our part that this has in fact been sent to Southeast Toyota Finance." More

They sold me a vehicle that had problems right off the bat and after I signed contract they called me 3 weeks later telling me they couldn’t get financing secured after they had already taken my trade. I finally got the financing figured out and signed a new contract but come to find out they changed some things on the new contract adding money for a new tag when it was a tag transfer and also told me they repaired the belt that was squealing to only have it start again a week later so obviously they just did something to appease me and have it seem like it was fixed long enough to get me out of there. These guys are the reason Carvana and Carmax will put other dealers out of business because people are tired of being worked over by liars and cheats like this. More
