Decided to buy an Audi I had seen on the lot here that looked to be in great condition, traded in my GR86 for it. In the begining the process was ok, didn't care for our final sales rep we were stuck with looked to be in great condition, traded in my GR86 for it. After the whole process, signed contract, rates, etc. I get a call a week later saying I wasn't approved for loan and had to come back in to resign a new contract. Finally came back in and delt with Lax for the whole process. They ended up taking away some things that were offered and raised my monthy payment by $10. Lax promised he would take care of the issues I had with the car because I was told it had a 5 star "inspection". Upon my inspection, it had no coolant, very low oil which they said they just serviced, had to bring it back in for them to redo it. Air filter completely dirty and black, cabin air filter dirty, and car was not filled up as promised or detailed properly. Tried to get into contact with Lax for 2 weeks before giving up. They smile in your face just to make a sale and then treat you like crap right after. Will never buy a car here again nor will I be bringing my car back for any kind of service. 5 star inspection my ***. More

We worked with Chuck and he met all our expectations and more. He was very informative, listened to us, and worked with us to get the deal we wanted. While I was with finance, he even bought me a hamburge more. He was very informative, listened to us, and worked with us to get the deal we wanted. When the car was being readied for us, they noticed the brakes and struts needing changing. Even though it wasn't on the "We owe you/You owe us" list, they fixed them. Lee in the service department has also been asset to us in taking care of the mechanical car needs. More
