If wish I could select zero stars. I came in to wait for a simple oil change. I waited two hours without hearing a word from the service person. When I inquired about the length of I came in to wait for a simple oil change. I waited two hours without hearing a word from the service person. When I inquired about the length of time, I was told that they had not even started the service and that I had to wait for the technician to finish lunch. The service manager was rude and unsympathetic. I will never return to this KIA service center. More

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! Nobody returns phone calls. I will never do business with these people. Be very careful and read reviews on this dealership before your make a purchase. This is a very friendly and helpful KIA dealership. Top marks in every department.
