This was my first time at Don't Nissan. ..I'm an out-of-towner. The team is very professional and yet customer friendly. While at Don, Charles advised/consulted with me throughout the repair ..I'm an out-of-towner. The team is very professional and yet customer friendly. While at Don, Charles advised/consulted with me throughout the repair process. Every repair/service wasn't made to seem necessary to do immediately. Charles was patient and thorough, regarding my vehicle maintenance. When presenting the needed services, he also advised if this was an honorable mention that could wait until my next maintenance visit or something critical needing attention as soon as possible. Upon completion of services, I was reminded of our prior discussion and which services had actually been performed on my vehicle. I was floored by the service, the staff and the atmosphere. As of that wasn't enough, Charles came out, reminded me of the service plan I'd purchase along with the vehicle and advised the there would be no charge for services that day because I also had two free oil changes with tire rotation included in my plan. I found myself pleasantly puzzled. Impending services were not do or die, courtesy and professionalism of the team was actually genuine from arrival to departure, I didn't just get charged anyway for services you'd forgotten were included, Charles provided me with a printout of my service plan and went over a color coded repair sheet with red, yellow and green indicating which services were needed sooner than later. Charles, and the other service professionals, kept the tension down amongst the customers by checking in from time to time. Charles, thank you for being helpful, courteous and just down right AMAZING!!!!!! More
