I was disappointed the "Locked Price" quoted on the web site, was not honored, with no explanation as to why. My trade was rated as "Fair" which is ridiculous, I was given "good" to "very good from 2 othe site, was not honored, with no explanation as to why. My wife was potentially interested in a new Durango and knew what she what she was interested in. She found a Durango with all the features she wanted. This would be her 5th Durango. The budget did need to knew what she what she was interested in. She found a Durango with all the features she wanted. This would be her 5th Durango. The budget did need to go up due to higher interest rates, but that was expected. Kyle & Charles were very accommodating and helpful. After we purchased the vehicle we had a few small issues, but Charles ensured everything was taken care of. My wife stated this was an overall pleasant experience. She liked the follow up from our first visit a few months prior, to the good communication, professionalism, politeness, cleanliness of the dealership and transparency of the sale. We would definitely recommend looking at your next vehicle here. I know we will be back again for our next vehicle (Hopefully no time soon) : ) More

I wish I could be excited about my new jeep but I really wish I had gone to another dealership. Started with sales guy being mia for appointment, then it turned out the vehicle I came to see didn’t even exi wish I had gone to another dealership. Made an appointment to pick up 2nd key, sales guy again never showed up, told they had no appt with me. Key is still not made. I even wrote in to the GM a week ago and still no response. I’ve never had a car buying experience like this. It’s too bad. Do not recommend. More
