In fact, I feel horrible that I have not left feedback about Charles until now! And it's not just Charles, quite frankly, everyone in the Service department seems to know who I am and they are always so welcoming and helpful. Hands down, this is only service center I recommend to anyone. I send my friends, family members and even strangers to Charles for all their service needs! More

It was not fixed. Replace circuit board part under the driver steering column, new starter, two new batteries. And it still sounds like an electrical short.
