The service department gets you in right away with a pretty fair wait time with donuts, coffee and TV. If you don't want to wait they will furnish you with a ride home and pick you up free of charge. The whole crew at the dealership is pretty outstanding in every way. You will not be disappointed with this dealership if you choose to use them, I just want to mention my service associate Matt in repair of my car he always has a nice smile and is quick on his feet to make sure you are taken care of. Starting with salesman Charles MacDonal continue without a rating. Liberty Buick in Peroia, AZ has lived up to the stereotype of "used car salesmen". Starting with salesman Charles MacDonald whom I unfortunately trusted. I was charged $8000 over MSRP on a $35000 2022 vehicle sold as a used car with less than 200 miles. I did not ask the right questions. Shame on me I trusted Charles. It may not be illegal but certainly unethical. Then I was not allowed to talk to the General Manager, he was too busy. Instead I was passed to the used car supervisor, Jerry, who was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I would warn anyone away from Liberty Buick! More
