I missed my appointment (scheduled at 6:30pm) and was se Yesterday (12.21.15), I visited Bettenhausen to potentially purchase a Dodge Journey - 2016. I missed my appointment (scheduled at 6:30pm) and was set-up with Charles Johnson (at 7pm), who from the door was extremely personable. That made me feel so comfortable from the beginning (which in my opinion is particularly important, when buying a new vehicle). He asked all the right questions but before I initially sat with him, he familiarized himself with my interests and apparent concerns yet promised me I could walk out the door with the vehicle that I had my sights on! The vehicle that I wanted was on the showroom floor and he thought that it was important to drive the SUV that I wanted to drive home. He took a copy of my license and sent me on my way....15 minutes later, I asked him to run the numbers. He was HONEST and GENUINE! After only an 1.5 hour (8:45pm), I was signing my paperwork for my new RED 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad! Charles, I want to personally say, thank you so very much for making my Journey purchase a refreshing one!
