From the minute I walked in to when I was out the door, h I had the pleasure of purchasing my brand new 2017 Maserati Ghibli S Q4 from Kris Krysalka. From the minute I walked in to when I was out the door, he delivered both a professional and friendly experience and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He spent countless hours that afternoon working with my indecisive self trying out various vehicles to make sure I found the right one for me and was extremely knowledgeable about every and all vehicles on the lot. It's extremely important to me to build a trusting relationships with the dealer so that I can return in the future and not feel like an unknown walking in each time, and I feel that both Kris and Foreign Cars Italia delivered on that. Since the purchase, I've had very MINOR issues (a loose screw rolling around and a little rattle) but the service department was able to fix that immediately and with little delay (especially since it was over the holidays). All in all, I couldn't recommend my buying experience from Kris any higher and I highly recommend all prospective car buyers to at least swing by and check out their showroom, the Ferraris are a sight to behold! More

He was available to answer questions, provide information and guide me through the process. He called when he said he would and did what he said he would do. The process was entirely painless on my part and went smoothly and quickly. Kris and the whole Foreign Cars Italia team made buying my dream car truly a dream. We live in Durham and so it was particularly great that it was easy to work with him on the preliminaries from afar. Overall it was a really helpful and efficient experience. The car itself is gorgeous and in terrific condition. The prep work the dealership did in advance of the sale was really excellent. Charles Dabney did the financing piece and managed quickly to beat the deal we would have gotten from our usual lender. I would definitely work with Rob, Charles, and Foreign Cars Italia again. More
