I write few reviews but had to get the word out there how great of an experience I had working with this dealership and more importantly, CHARLES DABNEY. My wife's birthday was on a Friday 26July and I h great of an experience I had working with this dealership and more importantly, CHARLES DABNEY. My wife's birthday was on a Friday 26July and I had been looking for a red Cayenne for a couple of weeks. The Sunday before her birthday I got serious about it and locaed a car in California. That dealer literally did nothing to help me find a way to get the car to my house (in St Louis) by her birthday and I almost gave up on the idea. Charles worked with me mid-week and we literally struck a deal the day before her birthday. Charles had two driving teams back out last minute since there was just no time but found a driver to leave their shop the morning of her birthday and deliver the car that night (800 miles away). Needless to say, it was her best birthday ever and could not have occurred without Charles taking the attitutde that he would not quit until he personally made her birthday special. Charles to you and your dealership my hat is off! Many many thanks! To those of you looking for the right sales person and dealership, look no further. Charles was great! Very helpful. Very friendly. By far, the best car buying experience I have had from a dealership.
