Superior car purchase experience I am not a person who takes the time to review products or salespeople, however, my experience at Circle BMW and especially with Charles Catania was o I am not a person who takes the time to review products or salespeople, however, my experience at Circle BMW and especially with Charles Catania was outstanding. My wife was interested in test driving the BMW X3. Charles greeted both of us and asked who the vehicle was for. This was unlike some other dealers where the salesperson immediately focused on me. My wife told him she wanted to see the X3. When he brought the car for the test drive he gave an excellent summary of the functions of the equipment before the drive. After the test drive we asked him numerous questions about options. He explained all the options clearly. My wife informed Charles that she had looked at several competing vehicles. We were presented a lease price and after some discussion, that did not include sales pressure from Charles or the sales manager we agreed on a price. Since color my wife picked was not in stock, Charles gave us regular updates about delivery. When we went to sign the lease papers Antonia asked us about our driving habits with previous leases and based on our answers did not pressure us to purchase extra services. This was refreshing after previous leases where we were harangued about costly products. After the paperwork was done, Charles spent close to an hour showing us all the features of the car. Unlike other salespeople he new the answers to all the questions, He gave us his cell phone if we needed further assistance. In addition to the above Charles picked the most stylish all weather mats, and insured that we had an emergency kit and USB adapter. In summary 5 stars for Circle BMW and 6 stars for Charles. More
