A very positive experience! I was able to get the car I have always wanted and I am extremely happy. I worked with Robert who I appreciated because he never gave me a hard sell. I was able to get the car I have always wanted and I am extremely happy. I worked with Robert who I appreciated because he never gave me a hard sell. When I was ready and when I wanted help, he was there to answer emails and get me in a car to take a test drive. Never once did he reach out with unsolicited phone calls and push to get a sale. In the past at other dealerships that has turned me away. He gave me all the time I wanted with the cars I was looking at and helped me to stay within budget. I will says Robert and the dealership were very helpful in that I started shopping at the height of the pandemic and they still got me in a car to test drive when I know other dealerships weren't helping customers. No pressure because he knew this 2018 car would sell quickly to somebody if I didn’t want it. Car inventories in the area are at record lows right now and it is right in the middle of convertible season. However I did find it quite odd that his manager called him on the phone while we were doing a thorough highway test ride. She wanted to know why we hadn’t returned yet. Really? They must have every salesman there on a short leash. Anyway was able to negotiate a good deal without any back and forth which made the transaction very pleasant and easy. Antonio in Finance was also a pleasure to work with regarding financing details. When I picked up the car the next day I spotted a very small chip of paint missing on the passenger side door which was the only blemish on the entire car which was in mint condition. Kevin said he would order the paint for me. When it came in the following week he had one of his assistants Charles put the paint on the door. This guy was awesome and a perfectionist. He did a great job but wasn’t satisfied and took the car back to their detailing area to buff it out. When he brought me the car back I could no longer see the flaw in the car which was amazing. When I tried to tip him he refused to take it. This is a first class operation at this dealership with excellent follow up and doing everything possible to please their customers. I have bought 4 Mercedes cars over the past 20 years and this is my first BMW. So far I am very impressed with BMW and this dealership. More

He then helped us to secure our perfect car at a fair price. Robert was kind, polite, very easy to work and highly knowledgeable. He acted as an advocate for us throughout. I would recommend working with Robert and would go back to him again in the future. All of the staff we worked with were welcoming and friendly. The product genius, Charles, went on a test drive with us and educated us on all of the features of the car. He spent a lot of time with us. The financial work was completed quickly and easily. The service detail work was of very high quality. We left with our car same day. Additionally, the showroom is a very nice space, large, clean, and bright, with comfortable seats and refreshments. We visited quite a few BMW dealerships, and not all are like this! I appreciated their strict adherence to mask wearing and COVID safety practices. I can't recommend Robert and his team highly enough. Was an excellent experience all around. More
