Car stalls out I bought a 2007 buick lacrosse and after 4 days it stalls out on me all the time I was told by my salesman that I have a 60 day 2000 mile warranty and I bought a 2007 buick lacrosse and after 4 days it stalls out on me all the time I was told by my salesman that I have a 60 day 2000 mile warranty and if anything goes wrong just to bring it back I did so only for the service department to tell me that is no warranty on my vehicle. And I call several times and no one jas the common courtesy to return my phone calls. More

Both Tahir and Fares made I am so grateful to the Ourisman Rockmont team. I was finally purchasing a new car after owning my old one for 10+ years. Both Tahir and Fares made me feel informed about the vehicles and at the same time I felt no pressure. I really felt like they wanted me to find the car that was right for me (whether that was on their lot or not). It was nice to go through this process, as a woman, knowing they had my best intentions at heart. I ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned Chevy Equinox 2013. I WAS AN OUT-OF-STATE INTERNET BUYER OF A USED VEHICLE. I CONTACTED OURISMAN VIA THE INTERNET AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY ASHLEIGH. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY INITIAL QUESTIONS PROMPTLY AND COURTEOUSLY. SHE THEN PUT M CONTACTED OURISMAN VIA THE INTERNET AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY ASHLEIGH. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY INITIAL QUESTIONS PROMPTLY AND COURTEOUSLY. SHE THEN PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH RICHARD, HE AGAIN ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND WE CAME TO A PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DEALERSHIP FROM MY HOME IN MICHIGAN, RICHARD IMMEDIATELY INTRODUCED ME TO ANDY TO COMPLETE THE DEAL. ANDY WAS OUTSTANDING! HE ANSWERED ALL MY CONCERNS AND DEMONSTRATED THE FUNCTION OF OF EACH OF THE VEHICLE SYSTEMS. HE WAS PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COULD HAVE NOT DONE A BETTER JOB, IN MY OPINION.
