Horrible service experience. Had an appointment this morning for auto butler. Received several emails reminding me of my appointment . Worst Service Ever They serviced my 95 Civic. Repairs only temporary. I had to bring my car to them 3 times to have the same repairs made. They performed work I did not They serviced my 95 Civic. Repairs only temporary. I had to bring my car to them 3 times to have the same repairs made. They performed work I did not authorize. They supposedly fixed my air conditioner and an oil leak. The air conditioner still does not work properly and the oil still leaks. When I spoke to Charles Blakely about my concerns, he was rude and abrasive. I sent a letter to management regarding the poor service I received, and no one bothered to respond to my letter. As expensive as the service was, you would think they would do a good job. They did not. Now I have to pay another mechanic to fix the problems you claimed to have repaired. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

The mechanics that I have met were all very pleasant & highly knowledgeable, obviously extremely qualified, in explaining different details of work that was recommended to be done on my car. Greeters Dan, Derek & Angel are absolutely terrific as well! So nice, so Pleasant, so professional - this makes all the difference in the World to any consumer. Joe Cabrera was initially very helpful to me as well as many others. You should be very pleased with the high quality of your staff and I trust that appropriate Kudos will be given to them all. Lastly but not least it is so lovely that you will provide a beautiful complimentary lunch by Teresa with voucher before 2 p.m. in the waiting area and I understand you also offer breakfast as well if people come in during that time-frame. The food is thoroughly delicious, homemade, very fresh and Teresa is a wonderful ambassador for your company even though I understand that she actually runs a separate concession so to speak. Again I am certain that you receive a great deal of compliments on these individuals and the Departments that I have already mentioned because it is clear to me after being in your facility three times for long periods of time that these professionals are always consistent in their excellence. More

I highly recommend Mr. Thomas Tuttle an excellent Salesman! I initiated my search for a new car through the True Car web site and was contacted by a number of area dealerships, most of which I was able to elimi I initiated my search for a new car through the True Car web site and was contacted by a number of area dealerships, most of which I was able to eliminate right off the bat from an initial less than favorable impression, car choice listing and pricing. However, Thomas from Ocala Honda's internet sales office presented himself over the phone well, straight forward, and in a business like manner, none of that slick salesman behavior. I was presented with a texted "out the door" sales price while I was at home right after we talked and the dealership stood by when I showed up for the sale and a presented KBB fair price for my trade in so I was able to close the deal without endless haggling and with no playing with the numbers some dealerships do. The leader of their service team even assisted me in transferring equipment to my new vehicle. A very positive experience. Recommended. More
