I made contact with them and Our relationship started about three months ago. They kept in contact with me through out my shopping process and after going back and forth we came to an agreement. There customer service made me good it was genuine comfortable, friendly and HONEST. Which is important while shopping for a Vechile. I appreciate your service. Helpful, Flexible, and Aggressively Competitive on Price We just completed our purchase yesterday (Tuesday) and we could not be more pleased with Denis Russu and his team. We contacted every Toyota Dealersh We just completed our purchase yesterday (Tuesday) and we could not be more pleased with Denis Russu and his team. We contacted every Toyota Dealership in the area and in the end only Gladstone and Tonkin lived up to their promises of working hard to offer us the best deal. Denis contacted us promptly after we reached out through the quote button on Toyota.com. He was quick to adapt his approach when we requested that we maintain communications through email (the best way to fit my busy life and to share accurate info with my wife). Denis provided a decent initial quote, but he and Toyota of Gladstone truly showed their colors when I asked them to see if they could beat a quote from Tonkin Toyota. Denis had Sunday and Monday off, but his managers (Seth Dustin & Charity Graff) picked up and handled my requests seamlessly. I was very impressed that they consistently kept up with my requests and the momentum of where we were headed. Tuesday morning I sent Denis the offer from Tonkin that we felt we would be taking. To our pleasant surprise Denis and his management took us very seriously and came up with a great price with the add-ons we wanted for free. On top of it all Denis drove to our home to pick us up and bring us to the dealership. He was friendly and courteous. At our request he worked through the sales process quickly. Denis and the finance gentleman (Dolf Nuno) kindly accepted our decline of their upgrades or warrantees without any annoying pushing. All in all, the whole process was smooth and relatively quick. Everything was as promised via email. The car and options were exactly as described. The out the door costs were exactly as detailed via email. In short, we are very pleased with our decision and we will return to Denis and Toyota of Gladstone for our next purchase. More

This was not the fault of the dealership, I just ended up buying something I didn't really want. I contacted the dealership 3 days later and they agreed to take that truck back for what I paid for it and I ended up buying a 2016 Toyota SR5. I was completely satisfied with that truck! Denis and the rest of the people involved were absolutely awesome. They made it a great experience that I will definitely share with others. I recommend Denis and this dealership! More

Denis is #1 Denis, the online sales associate that contacted me, did so about 2 days into my 2 week search for a vehicle after I put out offers to all dealers wit Denis, the online sales associate that contacted me, did so about 2 days into my 2 week search for a vehicle after I put out offers to all dealers within around 200 miles of my current location. When he approached me with a counter-offer, he was straight forward, honest, and realistic. There was no point ever that Denis was dishonest with me, nor did he ever attempt to misrepresent or distort the truth or facts. Denis consistently acted in my best interest, and maintained a level of sincere professionalism throughout the entire two-week interaction. His excellent integrity aside, Denis was prompt with his responses to my questions or inquiries, even very late into the afternoon. He was also able to consistently show a high level of knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in, and was able to quickly and efficiently answer my many questions to a level that was above satisfactory. Toyota of Gladstone is about 160 miles one-way from my home, so I wasn't certain I would be buying from them, and Denis knew this but still treated my wife and I as valued customers. Multiple times throughout the two-week period prior to my purchase, he bent over backwards to do things solely to my benefit or to gather information that was very specific or relatively unnecessary to anyone but myself. I am not one to ever heap unnecessary praise on anyone or anything, and still I am compelled to write this lengthy review specifically because of just how thoroughly impressed I was with Denis' character. All in all, I had a wonderful time with the people I spoke with. Denis did all the heavy lifting and was just all around awesome. Tom, the finance manager, did an excellent job as we went through the signing process, elaborating on all the information and ensuring we were 100% on what we were agreeing to. If you are in the region and have the opportunity to make a purchase from Gladstone Toyota, I suggest you do, and I hope you have the good fortune to work with Denis, as he's top of the line and will live up to every ounce of praise I put into this review. More
