I was purchasing a Toyota Tundra to replace my 2008 Tundra I totaled the day before Thanksgiving. Since I was from out of the area, I contacted your dealership after seeing a listing online. Roni messa Tundra I totaled the day before Thanksgiving. Since I was from out of the area, I contacted your dealership after seeing a listing online. Roni messaged and called me and asked all the right questions to know what I was looking for. I also contacted dealerships up and down the I-5 corridor, some almost laughed at me. Trucks are difficult to find right now! But Roni texted me the next day and said "I think I have your truck." And she did! From there, I was able to do most of the paperwork over email/website, and when I drove the 3.5 hours to pick it up, the rest of the process was fairly painless. Mo was also great to work with. I was especially impressed when staff returned my Enterprise rental for me. This process has been painful in some ways because the truck I totaled was a vehicle bought with my husband, who died five years ago. To lose something that represented our life and times together has been difficult. So the fact that Roni, Mo, and staff at Gladstone Toyota helped make this process a smooth one really touches me to my soul. Thank you! Carrie Fields More
