Chao made my buying experience better than I ever hoped for. There was no unsolicited phone calls and no pressure with sales. He answered my questions and called me back in a reasonable amount of time when for. There was no unsolicited phone calls and no pressure with sales. He answered my questions and called me back in a reasonable amount of time when he wasn't at work.We came to an agreement on price and he found the color vehicle that I wanted. It was my wife's birthday and he even helped me surprise her. The finance office was great as well. I had a cash deal and was in and out very quickly. I wish all sales in the past had been this way.
