Chanel was born and raised right here in Bellingham, and attended Squalicum Highschool! Growing up she had a very early love of all things cars! She spent her childhood watching her Dad work on all kinds of classic cars and hot rods! Fast forward to today, you might even see her cruising around town in her 1967 Pontiac Tempest Convertible! Chanel has a background working as a bartender where she developed her love of meeting all kinds of customers, and there she realized she had a strong ability to connect with all kinds of people! She said that selling cars was the perfect world for her where she could combine the joy of working with lots of people, and also her natural love of cars! She has enjoyed teaching the boys at the office a thing or two about what's under the hood! Chanel is married to her husband Jake and has 4 children Heileana (14), Micah (12),Liam (11) and Paris 10 months. If she is not at work you will find her adventuring with her family, her greatest love of all!

Chanel was great. The finance ruined the deal by adding in charges that I said no too. Also giving a verbal quote on extended warranty and charged a different amount o The finance ruined the deal by adding in charges that I said no too. Also giving a verbal quote on extended warranty and charged a different amount on paperwork. We had to go back to resign the incorrect paperwork. Management said the paperwork was correct, it wasn’t and no apology was given. Also, I bought an AWD car. The dealership only replace 1 tire. You can do that on an AWD car, it can ruin the drive train. Also the car had an awful smell to it, which they tried to hide instead of taking care of the problem with an ozone machine. More

I absolutely LOVED the customer service! The other dealer I was working with was extremely high pressure but Chanel actually listened to what I wanted. I didn't have time for a test drive on my first visit, but she helped me narrow my interest down to three cars. When I came back for the test drive she had the three lined up so I was able to compare them and choose the one that best matched my needs. As soon as I sat in the driver's seat, I knew that I had made the right choice. I love, love, LOVE my new car!! More

Definitely do not recommend Bellingham Nissan. Lack of communication, voicemail always full in financing and could never get ahold of them. Left multiple messages over several weeks but they would not return my calls. I asked for copy of paperwork I signed but was told they didn’t have it. They sold the car to me without having the proper documentation so had to file a complaint with the department of licensing. Temp tags expired and wasn’t able to drive the vehicle for 6 weeks since the vehicle was still in the previous owner name and the DOL would not allow me to extend the temp tags. Took 4 months to get registration and license plates. Was told I would get the 2nd key multiple times but was never given one. When asked about getting one made since I was told I would get one they refused any help. (My bad for not getting it in writing I guess) Absolutely horrible experience. It’s a used car lot so do your research cause they will lie to you. More
