This dealership is excellent with regard to the new management team, Chandra in the service department, and Ryan in sales. I brought my 2013 Frontier in for service and looked at new 2025 Nissan Rouge management team, Chandra in the service department, and Ryan in sales. I brought my 2013 Frontier in for service and looked at new 2025 Nissan Rouges while I was waiting. Ryan, a sales representative approached me and asked if I wanted to test drive a Rogue. I did and decided to make a deal on a trade in. Ryan is outstanding in his knowlege, courtesy, and working with management to get a great deal for me. Ryan is the best sales representative with whom I have worked throughout my years of working with different dealerships. I highly recommend him to work with you should you want to purchase a new or used Nissan! The dealership itself is pristine with great amenities. The waiting time for service and/or sales is minimal, and the whole team is without a doubt, Top of The Line!. I am very thankful to have chosen Nissan of Richmond for my their service, sales, and management team. My experience was awesome. I purchased a 2020 Honda Hr-V from Nissan of Richmond on June 19,2019. There was a small cosmetic imperfection on the hood which the dealership agreed to fix as a condition of purchase. I agreed and purchas June 19,2019. There was a small cosmetic imperfection on the hood which the dealership agreed to fix as a condition of purchase. I agreed and purchased the vehicle. I took the vehicle back about 2-3 weeks later to have the imperfecrion repaired. It took almost 2 weeks. I was called at 4pm on a Friday and told to come get my car right then. I live an hour and fifteen minutes away. I advised the rep I couldn't come until Saturday morning and he was frantic! Insisted O come right then, again I said no. I went to get the car on Saturday morning and discovered MORE damage to the front of the car than when I dropped it off! I guess I know why they wanted me to pick it up Friday night. Every one acted dumbfounded when I pointed out the damage and suggested I make an insirance claim! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! So I was told that they would orderthe parts to fix the damage that following Monday...here I am a week a later and I was just told they are "trying to secure the part". I am livid. I am being given the run around. A quick Google search found the part on 5 different websites. Obviously they think I'm a fool or that I'll just let it go. But I won't. And I will NEVER use this dealership nor would I recommend it to anyone ever!!! Spen your money with an honest dealership. Don't deal with these people. More
