Very dissatisfied with my Corwin experience. I purchased a truck from them less than 6 months ago. 2018 Ford f150 with a power train warranty. Check engine light came on. I ended up needing almost $7,000 worth of work done. Thankfully the warranty covered half of that cost but they almost didn’t cover it. Even though when I purchased it the salesman told me that if anything goes wrong with the engine or transmission the warranty will cover it. I ordered a canopy for my truck a few weeks after purchasing. They were very poor with communication when it came to scheduling an install. I had to pick it up and install myself. Corwin offers a pick up service when you need repairs. This sounds nice except for the fact that they showed up an hour late. I had to call them to see if they were still coming. Once the truck got there the service advisor that called me was rude and condescending. My service advisor apparently got sick and was out for a week. Because of this no one else reached out or did anything to move anything along with my truck repairs. Every time I called they receptionist would tell me my service advisor is sick and that she was the one with all the information. My truck was in there shop for a month. I tried calling many different times. I left voicemails and texts. No one ever got back in contact with me. It was so frustrating. Horrible communication. They gave me no ETA of completion. They offered no loaner vehicle. Finally after a month I text asking if there were any updates. They said it should be ready tomorrow. Then the next day no communication. I had to get a ride to the dealership to find out if it was ready. When I got there my service advisor was just sitting at a computer. She didn’t look busy at all. She clearly could have called or texted me but was too lazy to do so. Then she tells me that they found another problem and it’ll be another $534 in repairs. The entire process was so frustrating. If they only would have given me proper communication I would have been fairly okay with the experience but it seemed like they really just didn’t care. Also you would think you wouldn’t have to get $7000 worth of repairs done to a 2018 truck with only 80,000 miles on it after only 6 months of owning it. I won’t purchase another vehicle from them. I’ll also definitely never go back to them for repairs or services either. It feels like they are friendly when selling you a truck but once you pay for it they stop caring about good customer service. More

Arrived at dealership on June 28th to look at 2016 Ram 3500 was told by salesman that he could not find the keys but wanted us to look at another truck . We left with out looking at the truck that we were 3500 was told by salesman that he could not find the keys but wanted us to look at another truck . We left with out looking at the truck that we were interested in. We arrived on the 29th and talked to a different salesman Jordan he found keys right away. Was told detail had been completed and been inspected in the shop. Ask for new tires and tailgate handle repaired. Was told no problem. So I purchased truck and then found out truck had not been through the shop yet. Left truck at dealership for inspection, tires and tailgate repair. No updates from Jordan . I call three days later and was told it takes five to seven days to go through the shop.Day six still no updates from the dealership. This time I call and ask for a manager I spoke with Daniel he found out the truck was sent to Speck Dodge for repairs. I was told repair would take four days. Once again no updates. I called and left messages finally Chandler called me back for updates . Chandler was helpful and did update me. Truck set at Dodge dealership for several days before repairs were completed. I asked for truck to be detailed again there was hay I the bed , dash , carpet and windows were dirty. Truck was finished on the 24th . When I arrived to pick up truck they did not clean truck hay in bed,carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed,all the window stickers still on and had to ask for temp license plates to be installed so I could leave. All in all there was no communication and very disappointed in cleanliness or lack of detail. The worst dealership experience. More
