Easy in and out process. Nikola was able to quickly find the truck that 100% suited my family and I's needs. Financing was also easy and, considering it was a late night, the process was rather fast. The added minor additions, warranty, and GAP processes went very smoothly and I do not belive that I was left uninformed in any way. Outsatnding service! I really enjoyed working with everyone on staff. Unlike some dealers, I did not feel under prioritized nor did I feel judged in any way. 5 STARS simply is not enough, how about 55 STARS and give Nikola a raise! He's the man and he knows his stuff. Sales, Donovan Conley was an awesome sales representative to work with!!! We came in not really knowing what we were looking for had an idea but not really. He was so beyond patient and pulled up so many veh to work with!!! We came in not really knowing what we were looking for had an idea but not really. He was so beyond patient and pulled up so many vehicles trying to figure out likes and dislikes meanwhile giving us options on all the different trim levels and features. I felt so bad but he reassured us that it was ok and he was there to help and help us he did indeed. He never not once made us feel as those we were annoying or a nuisance just laughed and was so joyful to be able to help. He was amazing I really couldnt have asked for a better experience trying to figure out our vehicle. Sales Manager, Chancy after we finally found our vehicle Chancy was also amazing from explaining everything he even was able to secure a better offer from another bank. We never felt rushed or that we had to purchase now he was also patient and was on the hint to ensure we could get the best option for financing. He listened to our wants and needs but also saved us money on having to put down on our vehicle, not only that but he waited around after his shift was over to shake our hands and congratulate us on our HUGE purchase. We felt like VIP. Financing, mr. James, just when you think it camt get any better it soooo did!!! I always get nervous and anxious going into finance specially with this purchase because I wanted to make sure we got all the things but was scared to be truck broke, buy a truck just to look at it because your payment is so high u cant afford gas,… well not only did we get all the things and MORE but our payment was LESS then what we had originally thought!!! Anchorage Chrysler Center is hands down the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle I cant wait to purchase my Wrangler I know exactly where I am going and who to talk to!
