I purchased a Silverado at your dealership paying over $40,000 cash. Since my purchase the only follow-up I received was from messages which I initiated, also from Victoria in the service department. I $40,000 cash. Since my purchase the only follow-up I received was from messages which I initiated, also from Victoria in the service department. I believe Victoria was filling in at the time, as this was not her normal position. I can only assume she may have been overwhelmed running the counter alone. Victoria handled it like water on a ducks back and paddling hard underneath while maintaining grace and professionalism. On day one of my service appointment was scheduled for 0800. When it was my turn the problem was found quickly. I waited until 1400 to find out there was no answer from warranty company whether coverage would be applied. I just purchased the vehicle less than 1000 mi. I returned the next day and issue was resolved. During my visit, Victoria, and my technician were the only employees who spoke to me, in 6 hrs. Many trips to restroom, at some point seemed like the whole building was out for lunch. I do\ did not know who the manager was. I found the coffee on my own, while many employees walked past. Purchased the vehicle which was fine but follow-up was not good. I was due the installation of a bed cover. It took two weeks to get the part and then after driving 1 hour and sitting in the waiting roo not good. I was due the installation of a bed cover. It took two weeks to get the part and then after driving 1 hour and sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours, I did have an appointment, I was told they ordered the wrong part. That is 4 hours of my life I will not get back. Also dashboard had a very small nick which I noticed shortly after delivery which has not been addressed and at this point, I do not anticipate I will hear anything. I will however be getting a refund for the part. More
