there. They claim to have upfront pricing but they will under value tour trade in, up charge for dealer add ons, and they say ice department - PATHET

I've had so many bad experiences with this dealer that I eventually complained. Then, when I took my car in to have a broken sunroof repaired. They refused to work with me. I never swore, yelled, caused any kind of scene whatsoever. Just complained.

Customer has already left a bad review about us and I don't know why if he is still trying to work with us when he said in his last review that we are not honest. This was his last review....(If you want to get jerked around and experience a sub-par service experience, strong is for you. The last three service appointments I've had here have been pretty tragic and I've had to come back to get things finished because they didn't do them. They will also do anything they can to avoid covering things under warranty. If you want a good honest experience, check out Young VW in Layton. It's kinda of mind blowing how much better they are.)

I brought my car in here because I had a damaged moonroof which presents an extreme safety hazard. I would’ve taken it to a more capable dealer, but didn’t want to drive too far. I assumed that, even though I had a bad experience in the past, they would be capable of acting like adults and understand. This is business not personal, but it’s clear that the service manager only has retaliation in mind. It’s extremely disappointing that as a customer with three Volkswagen electric vehicles, and as one who has purchased more than nine vehicles from the dealership in the last 10 years that they blacklist you for a simple bad review. That just shows that that level of service is their standard and they know they can’t do better.
