I found Craige to be very professional, while remaining very personable and friendly. He is definitely very knowledgeable and listens to his customers concerns and questions. If I am ever shopping for another new Hyundai, he would be my first call for sure. He makes the process of car buying less stressful and actually enjoyable. Our deal did not happen as my wife was not comfortable buying from the dealership that was more than 70 miles away from home. He and his sales associate (Champ Plummer) fought hard for our business and actually presented the best deal. Unfortunately, the wife gets the final say. Happy wife, happy life!
