Orlando is fantastic and the Ed Martin team made the car buying experience very pleasant! The car buying experience is not how it used to be pre-COVID and my experience contacting some dealerships was that buying experience very pleasant! The car buying experience is not how it used to be pre-COVID and my experience contacting some dealerships was that they’ve more customer than the new cars available to sell. Fortunately, Orlando and Chad didn’t make me feel like that one bit. They helped me find the trim and color that I wanted, without having to compromise. Orlando took the time to show all car features after the paperwork was done, and made us feel like a valued customer. More

I worked with Chad Thomas and Matt Patterson to purchase a used 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. Chad was excellent with the test drive and then answering any and all questions my wife and I had about the car a used 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. Chad was excellent with the test drive and then answering any and all questions my wife and I had about the car. Matt then took over the financial portion and was also excellent in customer service, answering all of our questions.
