Was towed in with a flat tire I was towed in with a flat tire and my car was left at the collision center instead of the service center. After the tow truck driver refused to come I was towed in with a flat tire and my car was left at the collision center instead of the service center. After the tow truck driver refused to come back and tow my car to the service center the men working used a portable tank to pump my tire up to drive it up to the service center after the new towing company said it would be a 2 hour wait. I appreciate the men helping me out when they didn't have to. Things like that make you want to come back in the future. More

OVERCHARGED MY CAR WAS TOWED IN FOR NON STARTING, I WAS CHARGED $197 FOR A $9 BATTERY TERMINAL PART. I WAS TOLD THE ADDL.
