Good experience The service guys here are always really friendly and I am trying to help. The service has gotten considerably faster, my biggest gripe used to be tha The service guys here are always really friendly and I am trying to help. The service has gotten considerably faster, my biggest gripe used to be that it would take over two hours for an oil change but that has improved and it took less than an hour the last time for everything including the car wash. They always have snacks and coffee available which is nice. Overall they are very professional. I think the only Annoying part about dealership service is that it tends to be more expensive than other or local garages but I have a lease so I’m only taking it to a Nissan place. Other than the fact that I wish they were a bit cheaper overall they are highly professional and would recommend More

Bad diagnostic I took my 2011 nissan murano to firestone and they diagnosed a bad maf sensor,,so they changed it and cost me $319...light came back on so I took it b I took my 2011 nissan murano to firestone and they diagnosed a bad maf sensor,,so they changed it and cost me $319...light came back on so I took it back...bad maf sensor again..they changed it and told me if it happened again take it to a dealer...light came back on and went to Destination Nissan in albany.ny... $119 for a engine diagnostic...so they changed it and cost me $684 At the end...got my money back from firestone by calling area manager...now destination nissan says it's not the maf sensor it's a bad transmission...i called them many times to get my money back and they won't call back...DO NOT BUY A NISSAN..bad service... More

Service Whenever I need service, have questions or need anything the staff in the service area are amazing, always answer all questions I have & always willin Whenever I need service, have questions or need anything the staff in the service area are amazing, always answer all questions I have & always willing to help! My sales man gave me incorrect information- when I brought it up to the service department (regarding him telling me I would get free oil changes) the service area took care of everything and even tho I was provided incorrect information from my salesman , they STILL upheld what he told me I would get! AMAZING service department! More
