The Client advisor was excellent and completed all the promised services as we agreed to. The car was in for a 4 year major maintenance service and completed as scheduled . Horrible service. Took 2 weeks to get a bad amplifier replaced and fix interior water leak. Didn’t keep me posted on the progress or diagnosis. When I picked up vehicle, the windshield was shattered on b replaced and fix interior water leak. Didn’t keep me posted on the progress or diagnosis. When I picked up vehicle, the windshield was shattered on bottom left. They said it must have been that way when it came in but their camera’s didn’t show any damage. I had to fight with them to take responsibility and to replace it. My insurance ended up paying for it and I have a zero deductible on glass. On the way home from the dealer I put the driver’s side sun visor down and the mount and screw fell out of the headliner. They had the headliner out to repair water leak and didn’t install visor mount correctly. Also found a piece of broken interior trim laying on the floor. What a disappointment for what is supposed to be a high quality Porsche vehicle at a Porsche dealer. I will never go back. More

Easy appointment making - comfortable and clean waiting area - through service inspection and the work seems to be well performed. Though my oil change took 2+ hours and they forgot to reset the service i area - through service inspection and the work seems to be well performed. Though my oil change took 2+ hours and they forgot to reset the service interval on the dash - I'll likely have to return to take care of that, even though I did mention it in the post service call and left a couple messages, still waiting for confirmation.
