I had an outstanding experience at McDonald Toyota of Greeley, and I can’t recommend them enough! Erin was absolutely amazing to work with—professional, kind, and most importantly, honest. Those qualiti Greeley, and I can’t recommend them enough! Erin was absolutely amazing to work with—professional, kind, and most importantly, honest. Those qualities can be hard to find at dealerships these days, but she made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. She truly listened to what I wanted and helped me get into a vehicle I absolutely love. A big thank you as well to Chad in finance, who went above and beyond to secure a deal that was perfect for me. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers, this is the place to go. Thanks again to Erin and Chad for such a great experience! More

I returned a few days after purchase to check and ensure correct alignment, tire balance, etc. The service team was excellent - McDonald surprised me with an actual progress video from Tony the technician fully explaining his work and the results. Who does that?! Dayvie in service also fully reviewed every detail. This unusual level of consideration and explanation has given me a welcome feeling of satisfaction! More

I can’t say enough good things about Erin Henry at Toyota. This is now my THIRD vehicle I’ve purchased through her, and once again she absolutely delivered above and beyond expectations. After gettin Toyota. This is now my THIRD vehicle I’ve purchased through her, and once again she absolutely delivered above and beyond expectations. After getting completely run around for two days by Ken Garff Ford—wasting my time, getting nowhere, and dealing with constant back-and-forth—I reached out to Erin, and within no time she had everything handled. No games, no confusion, just straight-up professionalism and results. Not only did she take care of me, but she also got my wife and I into TWO brand new vehicles. That alone says everything about her dedication and work ethic. She listens, she moves fast, and she genuinely cares about getting you into what you want without the typical dealership headaches. Erin has earned my business for life. Three vehicles in, and I won’t go anywhere else. If you want someone who actually goes to bat for you and makes the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable, she’s the one to see. More
