There were aspects of this purchase that I found frustrating, and when I raised my concerns, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I initially planned to buy two vehicles—a Tacoma and a C frustrating, and when I raised my concerns, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I initially planned to buy two vehicles—a Tacoma and a Corolla—but ultimately decided on just the Corolla for my daughter. Mandatory add-ons, such as the $300 floor mats, along with the out-the-door price at finance differing from what was quoted by sales, etc.., significantly diminished the excitement of buying a brand-new vehicle. In the past, I have purchased vehicles and left the dealership feeling like it was one of the best days ever. This time, however, it simply felt like a transaction—no different than buying a pair of socks. More

I had a great experience at this dealership from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, and both the sales and financing staff were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work finish. The only regret I have isn’t on the dealership, but in hindsight I wish running boards had been discussed before finalizing the purchase since it’s a new truck.
