This is our 3rd Honda! Scott was very knowledgeable and personable. He and his team worked hard to get the CRV we wanted since it wasn't in stock at the moment. We anticipated a month or two wait time which was fine. We were not in a hurry. We couldn't believe it when it had arrived within two weeks! Kudos to the team for all their hard work! The dealership was very nice to visit. I worked with Ben Brink as my sales representative and could not have been happier with his service. Ben met me as I walked into the dealership and I didn't feel hounded on as I got out of my car. I really appreciated Ben's approach of getting to know me a little bit before we even discussed what I was looking for. Throughout the process Ben was extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely just a good person to talk with. I did not purchase the vehicle the first visit as I told Ben I was still shopping around. I felt no pressure from Ben during the entire process and Ben was very patient and great at explaining questions I had. I have never bought any of my vehicles through a car dealership because I never liked the overly pushy sales reps. Ben made this experience incredibly satisfying and I have already recommended him to family and friends.
