Best car buying experience ever! I needed to purchase 2 cars. 1 work car, and 1 car for my daughter. I had gone to a different Toyota dealer and had a salesman try to sell me a "less I needed to purchase 2 cars. 1 work car, and 1 car for my daughter. I had gone to a different Toyota dealer and had a salesman try to sell me a "less than acceptable car" for work, and a pricey car for my daughter. I left there feeling defeated and went to Metro based on a family members experience. Chris was wonderful and listened to exactly what I needed. He showed me a fantastic work car and then helped get my daughter into a car in the price range we needed. When he became ill and had to be away the day we came in to sign papers, Chad took over and seamlessly closed both deals for me. Ken had the patience of a saint when we needed to make changes to our paperwork. The entire team was attentive, but never pushy! We will be back there next year to get another car! More

Metro to the rescue Had a car that wouldn’t start. After jumpstarting it myself, I called Scott Barrier at Metro. He worked me in between existing appointments that very Had a car that wouldn’t start. After jumpstarting it myself, I called Scott Barrier at Metro. He worked me in between existing appointments that very same morning. Within an hour I had a diagnosis of a bad alternator. Because the repair was going to take 5 hours he provided me with a rental car. 3 o’clock that afternoon Scott called my car was repaired and ready for pick up. Doesn’t get any better than this. Thanks Scott and Metro. More

Sam Ibrahim-Sales Rep Sam was a great help to us. He kept going back and forth to the Sales Manager to try to get us the price that we asked even though he know it probably Sam was a great help to us. He was very patient with us also. I would definitely recommended anyone who's thinking of getting a new car to go see Sam and he will give you his all. More

Instead he simply worked with me to nail down what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. They gave me a good deal on my 06 trade-in. Little touches like polishing the new car, filling the gas tank, and setting up maintenance service (free for the first two years) were greatly appreciated. I expect to keep going back in the future, even though there are plenty of other dealers much closer to home. More
