I worked with Sam Ibrahim and h Stopped in Metro on my day off just to look at a couple of used cars I saw on Cars.com that I wanted to see in person. I worked with Sam Ibrahim and he was super attentive to what I was asking for. I explained I only wanted to see a few cars and was not really ready to buy just yet. After helping me to see and drive the cars and also explaining the various package options for these used cars I became very interested in one particular vehicle. It was a little out of my price range and Sam was very good to negotiate with. He was never pressuring at all which I really enjoyed. After coming to a consensus on a price I left without purchasing to think about it. I called Sam the very next day and wanted to start the purchase process. Sam handled everything so that when I came to pick up the vehicle everything was ready to go. I signed the papers and was driving my car off the lot fairly quickly. It was a great experience working with all the Metro people. I would highly recommend Metro and specifically Sam to handle your sales experience! Thanks guys! More
