I was quoted one price for the replacement of a broken window, and went in to have the window fixed and was told I'd have to pay an extra $200.00 because the door panel had to be vacuumed! I felt this w window, and went in to have the window fixed and was told I'd have to pay an extra $200.00 because the door panel had to be vacuumed! I felt this was really taking advantage of me! It cost me over $600.00 to replace that window. I was also charged by an East side Toyota dealership over $600.00 to replace ONE car key! I'm still angry about this. I'm nearing retirement and this new truck will probably be my last Toyota lease. I've have had the truck for almost a week, and I'm presently happy with it. More
