I purchased my Avalon at the end of the lease. The finance department representative was not receptive, argumentative, and abrupt. I was never even thanked for my business. I doubt if I'll ever purchase a vehicle there again. More

Absolute professionals to deal with - set up an appointment to come in and pick up our new car, and went to finance shortly after arriving.
