Everything was fine except the wait time my appointment was scheduled for 2 o'clock I was there at 1:30 we did not go in to sign the papers until 345. A friend of mine recommended we talk to Brandon. I worked with Brandon on the phone regarding the price of the new Highlander and this went very well. My wife and I just needed to go to the dealership the next day to confirm we liked the color and the ride. We went out the next day and loved the vehicle and purchased it. My only complaint was the carpeting on the floor next to the gas pedal had white spots. There were other white spots on the gas and brake pedals as well as the driver side entry and passenger door. Hopefully I can get the spots out. Expected a brand new car (slightly over $50k) to be spotless. The windshield has many spots on the inside and out. Appears it was not cleaned There is a small scratch on the rear passenger door that would not buff out. I need to make an appointment for when the touch up guy comes to this location. I have pictures of the sports on the pedals, carpeting and entry if you would like to see these. More
