I worked with both Jake and Chad throughout my purchase of my Countryman and it was a great experience. I was moving from a Jeep Wrangler to a Mini Countryman and it was a very large change and there was c of my Countryman and it was a great experience. I was moving from a Jeep Wrangler to a Mini Countryman and it was a very large change and there was certainly a learning curve. I had gone to Ottos Mini on 3 different days. The 1st I worked with Chad because Jake had off and I was able to get into a Countryman. Chad was incredibly patient and informative. While I was very upfront about just wanting to look and not necessarily buy he was still kind and stayed with my husband and I for several hours until all of our questions were answered. The 2nd day I went I worked with Jake, also for several hours. Again, Jake was so patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to put a hold on one of the new vehicles coming in and he made sure everything I wanted and needed was in the respective vehicle. He walked me through the paperwork and answered all the questions that came about. The 3rd day I was able to get my car! Again, Jake was fantastic! Mini Coopers we’re very new for me and while waiting for the accounting member Jake helped me get my vehicle setup exactly how I wanted. He also took no less than an hour to show me exactly how to access and use all the different functions I had like the touch-less trunk. I would not have wanted to work with any other dealership their transparency, patience, willingness to help, and kindness were amazing. More
