Will never shop anywhere else. Chad and John at Graue always go out of the way to help my parents and me when it comes to buying cars. I had finally gotten a new job in which allowe Chad and John at Graue always go out of the way to help my parents and me when it comes to buying cars. I had finally gotten a new job in which allowed me to afford a new pickup truck. I have little credit history which normally would put a damper on getting financing. But they worked hard to find a lender to lend me the money and at a great rate too! All in all, I will never shop from anywhere else no matter where I move to in the future. Even if it means making a road trip back to Lincoln. I've had my truck about a month now and have had no problems so far. Chad keeps in touch with me and my parents to make sure everything is going good with all out Graue bought vehicles. They treat us like family and that's what we love. More

My wife and I purchased our first new car from Graue in 1996, and we have been returning any time we decide to buy another car. My son just purchased his first new car last year from Graue, as well. We like their service and the way everyone there is nice and courteous. Last week I contacted Chad Branson and told him I was thinking of trading in my car for a newer model. He asked what I was looking for, told him I wanted the new one to match the one I was trading just newer. He told me they didn't have one on the lot but he would check to see if he could find one. The next day he called to tell me they found a car almost the same as my old Camaro, turns out it had a few improvements that made me very happy. They sent someone after the car the next day and had it ready for me in a short amount of time. Great job all around by the entire staff. Chad Branson, Dave Renfro and Jeremy Colgan were great and I am very happy with the service I received. Other staff thanked me for coming in as well as telling me how nice the car looked. Told them I will be back next year to trade in my Tahoe for a newer version. Great Job everyone and THANKS More

I absolutely LOVE Graue! I live in Peoria (about 35 minutes away) and I have bought my last few cars at this dealership. Why drive that far? It's the people and the way I am treated by every person at this company. They are friendly, professional, knowledgable and the easiest crew to work with. The remove the nervousness from the car-buying process. My sales staff has always worked with me to make sure I know the bells & whistles of anything I purchased - even sitting with me to set up my bluetooth and stereo!! They not only are my go-to dealership - they are my entire family's as well. My husband, father, mother & sister all drive their car proudly displaying the Graue logo! Between them and my co-workers who are also customers - we are their portable billboard in Peoria and I encourage anyone who will listen that the drive is worth it!! I will NEVER shop anywhere else.
