Jared , the man, made an impossible situation possible and his professionalism and his honesty made him the best in the business. I have bought a car in the past from them and they get better and better each time you go there. I know I bought a car but they treated me like family, this time and last 2 times I was there. My experience buying a car at Pine Chevrolet left much to be desired. We waited a long time for the staff to pay attention to us. After discussions, we were invited to inspect the car. The car was very clean be desired. We waited a long time for the staff to pay attention to us. After discussions, we were invited to inspect the car. The car was very clean and in order. However, when we couldn't finalize the purchase on the same day due to bank issues, we signed a contract and left with the keys. But when we returned with the documents, we were told the car would be ready in 10 minutes, yet we waited for about 2 hours. It seems to me they intentionally brought the car out in the dark so we wouldn't notice the broken parts. Later, when I washed the car the next day, I discovered a broken glass panel on the driver's door and a scratched bumper underneath. When I called about the license plates, the agent who sold us the car didn't answer the calls. After contacting the call center, I was connected to Igor, who informed me that the plates were available, but I had to drive 70 miles to get them due to the agent's mistake. When I returned with the plates and asked for explanations, I was told that the warranty was valid, but it expired earlier than I expected. I was deceived regarding the warranty. The dealership does not respond to our calls or letters. I urge you to avoid this place and not trust their promises. More

The Blue 2020 Buick Encore with 16,000 miles has a coolant leak. They maliciously passed the certified preowned inspection knowing the resivour tank was 2inches too low. I drove 4 hours, waited 5 hour coolant leak. They maliciously passed the certified preowned inspection knowing the resivour tank was 2inches too low. I drove 4 hours, waited 5 hours and drove back home 4 hours empty handed. They would not put it in official writing that any and all coolant leaks would be paid for by the dealership. They kept saying that it was covered under extended warranty(that we had to pay for), however in black and white the extended warranty only covers the hoses and waterpump. The heatercore and radiator are not covered under the extended warranty. I am going to do everything i can to ensure their certified pre owned membership is revoked by GM. Your sales team insulted my intelligence multiple times. They tried to pass it off as covered under warranty when clearly it is not. Even went as far and having a service guy tell me over speaker phone in the finance guys office that the radiator and heater core were covered. When i asked to see it in writing they printed out the extended warranty, that i already read hours earlier, which explicitly says which parts of the engine cooling system are covered and which parts of the cooling system are excluded. Essentially only the water pump and hoses are covered. The most disturbing thing is that it is a certified preowned. With the inspection check list clearly checked off the cooling system. They even went as far as taking the car to the garage for a pressure test that passed. That to me is malicious. How could they fake that report? .. Logicly, if they knew there was no leak: Why wouldn't they give us in official writing that they would cover any and all coolant leaks since they checked it out and according to them it passed... The manager marlin even said that "we will honor and pay for it to get fixed but we wont put it in writing". "Our word is our bond" he said. I had a horrible experience. My intelligence insulted several times. I drove a total of 8 hours. Spent over $100 in gas and tolls. Lost a day of work valued at $200. All for nothing. The car has 16k miles and on the website was certified preowned. My mom was pre aproved before we left. I cant xxxxing believe the coolant reservoir tank was that low. It has a leak! They know it and tried to pass it off as our proublem. More
