The service dept closed early and kept my car hostage the entire weekend for an oil change. I dropped off my car early Saturday morning and was told I would receive a call when my oil change was complete entire weekend for an oil change. I dropped off my car early Saturday morning and was told I would receive a call when my oil change was completed and an Uber would be arranged to pick me up. When I didn’t get a call by 4:30 I started calling the dealership, but only got a recording saying my car would be taken in an order which it was received. When that didn’t happen, a neighbor took me to the dealership at 5:30 to realize that the service department had closed and there was no way to get my car until Monday. When I called Monday, the assistant manager stated he was busy with customers and could not or would not take my call. I asked if he was aware of the situation and I was told yes he knew what happened and they would send an Uber to pick me up . Not having a vehicle for the weekend made me miss an MRI appointment and I was unable to get my grandson to school on Monday. This Isn’t the first time I’ve had less than stellar service at this dealership specifically with the assistant manager, Alex. I thought you go to managers or assistant managers when there’s a problem, but this dealership allows leadership to avoid customers who were wrong. More

What started off a little rough ended up being a good day. I was interested in seeing a used car they had on their website, but it never even made it to the lot in Temecula. I felt that was not good busi day. I was interested in seeing a used car they had on their website, but it never even made it to the lot in Temecula. I felt that was not good business practice. Finally, another sales rep reached out and sold me a similar car that was also a great deal. I got everything i asked for and great service. I was by myself, so Daniel would always check on me and sit with me while I waited for the finance department. I love my car and was happy to buy something in this city that I live in. More
